This is a Vintage NOS (new old stock) Chrome Motorcycle License plate cover / frame with a backing/mounting plate and a sheet of plexiglass. This top notch quality as is was Made in Japan in the 1980's and is not the CHINA Crap they sell now. The opening measures 7-9/16" x 3-5/8" and the outside measures 8-3/4" x 4-3/4". These have been stored in a warehouse for years so the packaging is dirty but the parts are still brand new. If you are looking for a good looking vintage chrome part for you bike, this is it. Would look great on a Harley or any show bike.
